Planning the timing
Tioman ferries are tide-dependent, so departure times change from week to week. Once you have your ticket, send us the sailing time and we set the pickup with a comfortable buffer — typically arriving at the jetty 60 to 90 minutes before departure so you can check in and hand over luggage without rushing.
Return transfers work the same way in reverse. Your driver is at the jetty car park before the ferry berths, and waiting time is included because sea crossings often run late.
