Kuala Lumpur International Airport has two separate terminals about two kilometres apart. Terminal 1 (KLIA) handles most full-service carriers such as Malaysia Airlines, Emirates, Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines and Cathay Pacific. Terminal 2 (KLIA2) is the low-cost terminal used by AirAsia, Batik Air Malaysia, Scoot and similar airlines. They have different arrival halls, so we need to know which one you land at.
